Weissman Goldberg uses a structured query portal to keep fiction, nonfiction, memoir, children's literature, genre work, and professional nonfiction submissions organized, secure, and fairly reviewed. We review queries only through the submission portal and do not review submissions sent by email, postal mail, social media, or the general contact form.

Begin with the guidelines
Kirk Heinsberg is open to literary suspense, memoir, crime, and narrative nonfiction. Other agent availability remains category-specific. The portal enforces agent status, queue caps, file rules, consent, genre routing, and one-agent-at-a-time submission. Submission windows may close temporarily when an agent's queue reaches capacity.
